Reiki
60 minutes · £50
A quiet, one-to-one practice received fully clothed, either with light touch or hands held just above the body. There's nothing you need to do during the session.

Private Yoga
60 minutes · £50
Individual yoga sessions shaped around your experience, interests and what you'd like to explore in your practice.
Reiki & Yin: A Mini Retreat
90 minutes · £75

A private 90-minute practice combining Yin Yoga, Reiki and deep rest.
We'll begin by arriving into the space and settling with the breath before moving into a slow, individually guided Yin practice. With only a small number of postures, there is time to stay, explore and let the practice unfold without rushing.
Reiki is woven through the session, offered while you rest in supported postures and during a longer period of stillness at the end.
Each session is shaped around you and may also include meditation, pranayama or guided relaxation depending on what feels appropriate that day.
The whole session is created as a sensory experience. I select beautiful Yogi Oils to complement your practice, alongside music chosen for the session, soft lighting and plenty of props so you can settle fully into each posture.
Nothing is rushed. We'll finish slowly, with time for tea before you leave.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early twentieth century. The word Reiki is commonly translated in relation to universal and life energy, although its meaning and practice are richer than a simple English translation can capture.
During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed and rest comfortably while I offer Reiki through gentle touch or with my hands held just above the body. There is nothing you need to do or achieve.
People experience Reiki differently. You might notice warmth, tingling, emotion, deep relaxation, or very little at all. There is no particular sensation you are supposed to have for the session to be worthwhile.
I practise Holy Fire Reiki, which is the lineage and method in which I have been trained.
Reiki is increasingly being studied in clinical and hospital settings as a complementary practice, with research exploring its potential effects on experiences including relaxation, anxiety, pain and wellbeing. It is intended to complement, rather than replace, medical care.
What can Reiki support?
People come to Reiki for many different reasons. Some are looking for dedicated time to rest, particularly during busy or stressful periods. Others are curious about Reiki itself, or simply value having an hour where nothing is expected of them.
Reiki is also increasingly being explored in clinical research as a complementary practice, including studies looking at experiences such as anxiety, pain, relaxation and wellbeing. The evidence is still developing, and Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment.
You don't need to believe anything in particular or have experienced Reiki before. You can simply come and experience the practice for yourself.
What happens in a Reiki session?

When you arrive, we'll have a short chat before you settle onto the heated treatment bed, fully clothed, with a blanket and eye pillow if you'd like them.
I offer Reiki through a series of hand positions, either with gentle touch or with my hands held just above the body. You can choose whichever you feel most comfortable with.
The studio is kept quiet and warm, with soft lighting and music chosen for the session. If you'd like, I also use Yogi Oils, selected to complement the practice.
Some people notice warmth, tingling or other sensations, while others simply feel deeply relaxed. There's no particular way you're expected to experience Reiki.
At the end, you'll have time to come round slowly before you leave.
Private Yoga
60 minutes · £50
A one-to-one yoga practice with the time and space to focus on you.
Private sessions can be shaped around what you'd like to explore, whether that's developing your asana practice, building confidence before joining a group class, working with pranayama or meditation, or simply having more individual guidance than is possible in a class.
We can spend time on particular postures or aspects of practice, ask questions as we go, and work at a pace that suits you. Your session doesn't need to follow a set format.
As in my group classes, I may use props, music and Yogi Oils if you'd like them.
Private Yoga for Two
60 minutes · £85
Share a private session with a partner, friend or family member. I'll shape the practice around both of you, with the same space for individual guidance and questions.
